When will I get the video?

2-3 weeks after the production.

​How do I access my video?​

Once the video is edited you will receive an email to access your video via Vidflow.  You then follow the steps below:

​

1. Download Vidflow app to your mobile, tablet, desktop or Smart TV.

2. Enter the code provided in the email and cast the videos to whichever platform you choose to watch back on.
